Yesterday we spent black Friday at the car dealership. We traded in the Pathfinder for something with a lower monthly payment and better gas mileage. That last one is important since I now drive almost 100 miles round trip to get to school three times a week.
We got a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. The interior is black and dark gray.
Steven hams it up next to his door. It's gonna take some getting used to for the kids, they had so much room in the Pathfinder. While the Sonata is not the smallest Hyundai by far...it is much smaller than a mid-sized SUV.
I doubt he even remembers riding home in the new car. He and Hannah played gameboy the whole way home. Both kids were very well behaved for spending almost an entire day at a car dealership. It was very busy there that day.
We hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving. Ours was nice and quiet. Stacy was sick so it was just me, the kids, Grandma and Grandpa. Here's a shocker: Steven passed on the pumpkin pie to have a piece of chocolate pie. I'm pretty sure hell froze over that day. Pumpkin pie is Steven's favorite substance in the whole universe!!!
