Happy Easter 2009!

This year we headed out to the "Gateway Grizzlies" ballpark for an Easter Egg hunt. The Grizzlies are the local minor league baseball team. The eggs were scattered all over the outfield. The kids went out in different age groups, and everyone had a great time!

The basket filling begins. Hannah nabbed about 12 eggs, which seemed to be the average for all the kids.
Steven waits in line to go out to the field with his age group. Parents were not allowed to help the older kids, so there's no pics of his egg-gathering.

The kids showing off their hauls. Steven got more eggs than Hannah, but she found two of the grand-prizes. A free meal at Texas Roadhouse (yummy!) and a coupon for free stuff from the Grizzlies souvenir shop. All the eggs had candy in them, so there everyone won something!

And Hannah stands at attention next to her Easter goodies. She is the first casualty of the new toys. She now sports a basket-ball pattern bruise on her head. Not to worry though, she is fine.
